Acacia Roots provides grants to help low-income students cover insurance co-payments, coinsurance, deductibles, or other financial barriers that prevent them from accessing much-needed services.
There are various ways in which you can support our mission to provide low-income students with access to mental health!
Contributions to Acacia Roots go into a separate Acacia bank account that is reserved exclusively for providing grants to low-income students. All of the administrative costs associated with running the program are picked up by Acacia as a part of our overall business expenses. As a result, 100% of the contributions you make to Acacia Roots go to providing grants that allow low-income students to gain access to mental health services.
